Miss Teen Doral is a dynamic beauty pageant where three queens, Mini, Pre-Teen, and Teen are selected to proudly represent the City of Doral. This exciting event is presented by Councilwoman Maureen Porras and produced by Taller en Acción, in collaboration with RatedTen and Miss Cuba Pageantry.
We are committed to empowering young girls who are talented, motivated, and reflective of the modern woman, confident, driven, and unafraid to break stereotypes while redefining traditional pageantry. Miss Teen Doral is more than a competition; it is a platform that fosters personal growth, leadership, and meaningful community involvement.
Throughout the experience, contestants participate in a variety of unique and engaging activities. From filming at different locations to promote local businesses and organizations, to competing in obstacle courses, talent presentations, and interviews with the judges, each element is designed to build confidence and character. All scores are carefully evaluated and combined to determine the winners of the prestigious crowns.

Raoul Barnet – Chairman/CEO Miss Teen Doral
Raoul is an entertainment executive, producer, and talent manager with over two decades of experience in film, television, live events, and media production. Based in Miami, Florida, he specializes in talent development, production management, and content creation, blending creative vision with strong operational leadership across multiple entertainment platforms.
Raoul holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University, with a concentration in on-air television production, directing, and post-production editing.
Raoul currently owns and manages Lakeside Films, Inc., which is the majority owner of several entertainment and media ventures, including Taller en Acción Academy, Miss Teen Doral Pageantry, Destination Fashion Week Show, and the Mundo de Reinas Reality Show. Through these platforms, he leads talent development initiatives, produces live events and shows, and oversees creative and business operations.
His background in production, talent management, and media operations positions him as a trusted leader within the entertainment industry, known for professionalism, creativity, and vision.
Oscar Belloro – Executive Board Member
Oscar is a professional in the world of pageantry, bringing over 20 years of experience to the industry. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in shaping young talent and producing memorable events. Notably, he directed the Miss Boca Junior Pageant for a decade, where he helped guide and mentor countless participants, leaving a lasting impact on his community. His dedication to excellence and passion for empowering youth have made him a respected figure in the pageant world.
In addition to his work in pageantry, Oscar expanded his expertise into media as the producer of the Mundo de Reinas reality show, further showcasing his creativity and leadership. Currently, he collaborates with Taller En Acción in a marketing capacity and has brought his marketing expertise to Miss Teen Doral, while also providing reliable transportation services for school children. His diverse experience reflects a strong commitment to community involvement, youth development, and professional growth across multiple fields.
Victor Ten – Executive Board Member
Over the course of his career, Officer Ten served 10 years in the Patrol Division, where he gained extensive experience responding to emergencies, enforcing laws, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the community. His strong performance and leadership abilities led to his selection for several specialized assignments, including the Bike Unit, Neighborhood Resource Unit (NRU), and School Resource Officer (SRO), a role he continues to serve with dedication.
Throughout his service, Officer Ten has distinguished himself as a leader in community policing, focusing on problem-solving, education, and building lasting relationships between law enforcement and the community. He has worked closely with schools, churches, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and city agencies, as well as supporting individuals with special needs. His role has also included coordinating and assisting with community events, public safety initiatives, and outreach programs designed to strengthen trust and unity. He also writes songs and is a co-producer for Destune Records.
Damaris Aguiar – Pageant Director
Damaris Aguiar is a former beauty queen and accomplished leader in the pageantry industry with over 15 years of experience. She has held prestigious titles including Miss Miami USA, Miss Carnaval Miami, Miss Intercontinental Cuba, Miss Supranational Cuba, and Reina Hispanoamérica Cuba, earning multiple special awards and placing in the Top 5, 10, and 15 at both national and international competitions. Her success on stage has translated into a strong leadership presence behind the scenes, where she has been actively involved in developing and guiding future titleholders.
Since 2013, Damaris has contributed to the Miss America Organization as an Assistant Director, later becoming the Executive Director of the Miss Miami Scholarship Program in 2017 and the National Director of the Miss Cuba Teen Pageant in 2019. As the founder of DAMA School and Agency, she has spent over a decade mentoring young women in modeling, etiquette, and pageant preparation, helping them build confidence, discipline, and stage presence. Through her dedication, she continues to shape the next generation of queens while elevating the standards of pageantry.
Yody Sanchez – Director of Production
Yody Sanchez, photographer and videographer, is from Venezuela and was born in 2017. In my nine years in the industry, I’ve cultivated a vision and energy that has helped elevate various productions. From music videos to capturing behind-the-scenes moments for films with celebrities like Jeremy Piven and artists like Chayanne, my work at Taller has led me to work as a photographer and videographer. I’ve produced a variety of photo shoots and videos, from advertising to modeling events.
My mission is to continue elevating different productions and bringing positive energy to future projects.
